We aim to deliver within 7 days for UK orders, but please allow 14 days before querying non-delivery.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for international orders. In the run up to Christmas, please allow for delays with the increased volume of post.
Our current deliveries are expected between 5 -7 days.

International orders are calculated by weight and by country at checkout. Orders up to 2kg are eligible for Royal Mail International shipping, orders over 2kg will be send via DPD.
International Surcharge for Uniforms
A surcharge applies when any of the following items are purchased within an International order:
- Uniform Jacket
- Uniform Skirt
- Uniform Trousers
- Uniform Coat
Orders outside of the UK incur a surcharge of £35.00 additional to the standard charge. This is charged once per order.
Salvationist Publishing & Supplies reserves the right to alter all shipping charges without prior notice, though the prevailing rates will always be displayed on this page.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order and can provide proof of purchase, we will be happy to refund the purchase price in full, provided the product is in fully re-saleable condition and is returned to us within 28 days. Where possible, refunds will be offered through the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Alternatively, where proof of purchase cannot be provided, a credit note may be offered or an exchange given.
We are unable to refund or exchange any sheet music unless it is faulty.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your return to be processed.
If you wish to send your parcel back to us by post, please make sure your items are securely wrapped including a fully completed copy of the Exchange/Returns Form and together with a copy of invoice/receipt and return to us at the following address:

Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office as we are only responsible for your parcel once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. If however, the reason for the return is due to an error on our end, or if the goods are faulty, we will refund the cost of return postage.
