A collection of writings by Salvationists and others published to honour General Paul Rader and Commissioner Kay Rader on the occasion of his 80th birthday. Tsunami of the Spirit was a metaphor used by Paul Rader shortly after his election to General of the Salvation Army in 1994. This book, co-edited by Stephen Court and Joe Noland, takes the four stages of tsunami formation identified by experts and sets up a spiritual expansion of General Rader’s metaphor: The Initiation Stage (Creation & Motion); The Splitting Stage (Crisis & Opportunity); The Amplification Stage (Risk & Possibility); The Run Up Stage (Salvationism & Mission).
