HOW TO ORDER ONLINE

In order to purchase goods from our website, it is necessary to REGISTER with us, and you will be asked for your details at the Checkout screen.

To order goods, select a category from the Store Guide, or use the Search facility to locate your items. To buy an item, type in the appropriate quantity and then click Add to Cart. When you have completed your selection, click on the link View Basket to check your basket contents or click on Checkout to complete your purchase. Type in your email address details on this screen and then click on I am a returning Customer or I am a New Customer. If you are a new customer, please complete the details requested on the screen. If you are a returning customer please check that your details are accurate. Then click Next to go to the Payment Details screen. Type in your credit card details and click on Submit. Your order details will be displayed on the screen and we recommend that you print this, as we will ask you to quote the Order Number should you query your order with us.

You will be emailed with confirmation of the order.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

We aim to deliver within 7 days of receipt of order, but please allow 14 days before querying non-delivery. In the run up to Christmas, please allow for delays with the increased volume of Christmas post.

SP&S RETURNS POLICY

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If, for whatever reason you are not entirely satisfied, and can provide proof of purchase, we will be happy to refund the purchase price in full, provided the product is in fully resalable condition and is returned to us within 28 days. Where possible, refunds will be offered through the same payment method used at the time of the original purchase. Alternatively, where proof of purchase cannot be provided, an exchange may still be offered. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
